• Patrice Raoull, French-Malagasy, Physiotherapist, worked for several years at the head of international organizations such as the French Red Cross, Handicap International, founder of the Paralympic Movement of Madagascar. Currently, President of the Board of Directors of the Confederation of Tourism of Madagascar, he works for the recognition of the private sector of the Malagasy Tourist Industry.
